Effective teaching concept begins 20 century,it is a focus of teaching research has so far from produce. History shows that effective teaching is a dynamic development concept, the connotation has been constantly enrich and expansion and change as teaching theory, teaching values . At the beginning of 21st century,the new curriculum reform given teaching new values, this will lead to effective teaching innovation and change.Therefore, It is a outcome that the teaching effectiveness studies are effective inevitable to specific discipline direction expansion of the development of teaching theory.Physics as a special discipline education teaching, at present , the reflects is difficult to teach and to learn in the universal. Investigate shows,at present ,the physical new curriculum standards of students learned has a requirements about only one chapter or a semester. it is one of the main reasons that how to achieve these demand to school teachers has no specific limit. So, there lacks a bridge, a link between the student’s standard of physics studies and teacher’s physics teaching. Therefore, on the background of the new curriculum, effective teaching of physics not only is a result of the further development,but also is a urgent request that solving the practical problems of education teaching.This paper first analyzed the situation of the effective teaching in the domestic and foreign research, and explained the effective teaching has deep historical origin at home and abroad, , and analyzed effective teaching research hot spot, present situation and shortcomings combined with the new curriculum reform idea. Second, through the investigation result, analyzed the impact of reason, and made a standard frame "under the background of new curriculum reform of physical effective teaching " based on this effective teaching theory, the physical new curriculum standards and the interview results of relevant professor. Again, according to "physical effective teaching standard frame"determined the various part of effective teaching standard framework under the background of new curriculum reform from the physical experiment teaching, physical concept, law teaching, practice teaching, physical review, physics homework design four aspects . Finally, through the analysis of the present situation of middle school physics teaching and learning and the standard frame, fond out the gap between each part, analyzed the causes of producing the gap, pointed out the specific strategies about effective teaching of physics.
