Curriculum implementation is the corn segment of the new curriculum reform.and teaching is the essential way of curriculum implementation, so teaching reform is the most important pant of curriculum reform. If penple want to carry out the new curriculum reform all round and succeed,they must make reform of teaching correspondingly.The idea of effective teaching has clear times charcter.It has different aims,methods and strategies in base of practive is beneficial to improving the teachers’recognition of math effective teaching necessity and provide the references for changing the low mathematical teaching actual situation,and meanwhice it is a must and end-result of teaching reform.The paper includes the following parts:Part one includes background study, research summary of effective teaching and significance and methods of the reserych.Part two is the definition of relative conceptions.It mainly states the essential theories of supporting effective teaching research, and further more it illutrates relationship between effective teaching and effective learning.In part three the author makes an investigation about the students’mathematical learning actual situations from the respects of learning motivation,the use of learning stralegy,reflective teaching,making learning plan,attitude toward reachers’teaching etc.And then the author counts the statisties and analyzes and makes some condusion about mathematical effective learning.The fourth part is analyses of mathematical teaching case.The author observes alesson of the parallelogram character offered by two mathematical teachers all round.and makes a comparasion with it one to one correspondence of effective learning elements.The existing probloms in mathematical teaching are analyzedand concluded from the view of effective teaching.In the fifth part,the author raises effective teaching strategies of implementing mathematical teaching from the respects of teaching by explanation,teaching throngh probloms,teaching by process,reflective teaching,assignment management, motivating emtion,classroom evaluation etc,combining with students’mathematical learning actual situation and aiming at the probloms in mathematical learning.
