In the globalization of markets and the diversification of customer needs , business environment , enterprises are faced with the time - based competition and competition based on customer demand . Provide customers with customized products , to comprehensively improve customer satisfaction , has become an inevitable trend of modern enterprise pursuit of competitive advantage . Mass Customization emerged to become a powerful weapon for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness . Many enterprises are faced with a strategic choice whether or not to implement mass customization in order to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage . The main purpose of this study is to conduct research on the the mass customization applicability evaluation , which provide valuable reference for corporate strategic decision whether or not to implement mass customization . First, by reviewing the research status at home and abroad mass customization , it is pointed out that the lack of conditions for implementation of mass customization and applicability to fully reveal the theoretical value and practical significance for mass customization applicability assessment . Secondly , on the basis of mass customization theory , the applicability of impact factor model of mass customization , and these elements are analyzed , reference direction for enterprise applicability evaluation of mass customization . Once again, the focus in terms of market competitiveness , R \u0026 D and design capabilities , manufacturing capacity and organizational management capabilities built the applicability of the evaluation index system of mass customization . Finally, with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the applicability of mass customization, the evaluation model , and the use of MCE software to quickly verify to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation . Based on the results of the evaluation and recommendations for improvement for the enterprise .
