Viton (FKM) is a new type of specialty synthetic rubber , which has superior high temperature than ordinary rubber , chemical resistant , oil resistant , anti-aging properties , Viton poor processing performance , low temperature performance and the expensive price serious restricting its development . In order to improve the overall performance of the fluorine rubber , fluorine rubber and nitrile rubber (NBR) and used in order to obtain a comprehensive performance rubber blend -NBR/FKM . The first two rubber masterbatch formulations designed to study the absorption of antacids and reinforcing agent type, dosage , and other factors impact on the fluorine rubber processing performance , physical and mechanical properties and aging performance results show that when each component parts by mass atoms : fluorine rubber F246 100, magnesium hydroxide 5 hydroxide, calcium 3,3 # vulcanizing agent , carbon black N990 15 hours, the better overall performance of the fluorine-containing rubber . Ratio of 85/15 NBR / BR raw rubber as nitrile rubber body material investigated vulcanization systems , reinforcing filler system plasticizing system and softening the impact of the processing properties of the plastic material , the physical and mechanical properties and aging properties The results show that when the parts by mass of the respective components : the the NBR ( JSR250S ) 85 BR 15 , ZnO, 5 , 1 MB (RD 1 ) 2 , fast-pressure carbon black 30 , mixed gas carbon black 20 , softeners DOA / DOS 25, the composite vulcanizing agent 3.5 stearate, 2, other additives 4:00 , better overall performance of the plastic material . Using FKM parent rubber , and NBR masterbatch with a different curing system , respectively, according to conventional kneading process in the open mill kneaded uniformly , and then the proportion of raw rubber kneaded process . The effects of different use than the physical and mechanical properties and heat resistance of the vulcanized rubber , results showed that , NBR / FKM suitable and with a ratio of 10 /90 to 20/80 to 20/80 , the ratio of the most economical . Investigated the resistance of the medium , heat resistance , vulcanization curve , physical and mechanical properties of the mix of factors , the results show that the rubber compound has excellent overall performance .
