According to the National Development and Reform Commission independently developed 600MW circulating fluidized bed boiler slag cooler group of experts developed the technical requirements , the consolidated numerous slag cooler on the basis of technical characteristics , this paper aims to develop a new slag cooler - height differential fluidized air - water combined ash cooler . In this paper, a new internal slag cooler cold air flow field and ash particle flow as research object, using the commercial CFD software package FLUENT numerical simulation was carried out . The results show that : the use of FLUENT software in the two-phase flow model can better reflect the Euler slag cooler air inside - solid two-phase fluid dynamic characteristics , the study results slag cooler structure optimization design provides a reliable basis. In addition, structural optimization , based on the slag cooler for industrial design calculations , obtained the basic structure of slag cooler dimensions .
