Carbon reduction research by global experts and scholars , including how to build one for policy-makers to develop a decision-making system of early warning of carbon emission reduction strategies and efficient carbon , is a hot issue worthy of further study . Hierarchical classification and reasoning method , layer by layer classification storage decision rules and conclusions by the expert system to determine the intensity of carbon emissions , and early warning , the output effective carbon emission reduction decision-making . Finally, system debugging application results verify that the system is easy to use , operation visual output decisions to help achieve energy conservation .
