In recent years, more and more college alumni management attention, alumni management, though started late, but alumni management has made remarkable achievements. Many alumni currently working bodies established at the University, but did not put alumni work to level up overall strategic planning, combined with the lack of systematic thinking school of their own development, alumni work hard to carry out. Alumni system first analyzes the development of the status quo at home and abroad, as well as its development and significance, and information technology to achieve the basic techniques and in particular the network set up and tuning Agent, on this basis, combined with the actual application requirements, changes to existing daily Organization institutions and operating mode, to build an efficient and reasonable alumni actual work applications. Systems are technically introduced lightweight framework Spring, to use Spring integration WebWork, Hibernate formation of new lightweight Web framework. The framework is designed in the database before adding a data persistence layer, to solve the traditional architecture too complex and difficult to develop, low efficiency, high coupling problems, to improve the quality and versatility of the system and shorten the development cycle. The study involved a university now has more than 100 million people alumni data size, with personnel, the Senate, shared databases and other MIS system construction, a single Web service functionality is limited, in order to combine multiple Web services provide a more powerful, systems specially designed for its Web services, and other data such as shared libraries sharing and authorization interfaces. I believe describes the main functions of the system should have discussed various application modules of the system design and the specific implementation strategies, designed to comply with the J2EE specification, to achieve the customer zero-install, zero maintenance, reflecting the code reuse, data sharing, application integration and other ideas and should be combined Agent technology, Agent from the service model, distributed service composition to achieve, and other businesses to improve the overall coordination of the unified arrangements of the quality of service. Ensures a frequent and complex operations of the actual use of the stability and robustness. Solve the alumni get information data integrity problems, collect data on the business sector, the statistics provide a strong support to help communicate with each other as well as alumni and school life interaction possible.
