With the continuous advancement of the technology of the Internet of Things , Internet of Things applications will spread to all walks of life . Building the residential quarters management system based on Internet of Things can improve the level and degree of intelligence of the residential property management , and provide residents with a comfortable , convenient , safe living environment . Internet of things from the technical architecture can be divided into three layers: the application layer , network layer , and the perception layer . A detailed analysis from the three levels , community management system based on Internet of Things , property management systems , intelligent control systems , security systems and communication network system is divided into four parts , and their design and implementation process . Property Management System using the computer for centralized management of the residential area , it is oriented within the district of the transaction, including property management, and information management . The intelligent control system is a set of computer technology , network communication technology and automatic control technology as one of the monitoring system , it is mainly to achieve a variety of indoor equipment monitoring . Security system is in the district of the way through of human prevention , technology to prevent and physical prevention owners , equipment and residential security . Communication network system is a residential district of channels to provide information services , including the district of LAN and WAN . The preliminary applications show that the system can take advantage of the integration capabilities of the management center , the effective management of the data within the cell , and related functions . At the same time , the system provides a standard interface , has good compatibility and scalability .
