In business, we often found that some people are keen to engage in challenging , innovative work , while others like to behave, step-by-step mechanical work . Studies have shown that this is due to the different people of goal orientation , that is the goal orientation affect the realization of innovation performance . Most previous scholars studying the goal orientation of employees direct effect on innovation performance , not taking into account the organizational context factors - organizational trust adjust the effect of the relationship between employees goal orientation and innovation performance . In this study, based on the the trust literature review and analysis of innovation performance , goal orientation and organizational goal orientation is divided into two types of learning goal orientation and performance goal orientation , using convenience sampling method , 130 valid sample data , the scale reliability and validity analysis , and regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis , come to the conclusion of the study : employees learning goal orientation has a significant positive effect on innovation performance ; organizational Trust on learning goal orientation and innovation performance has a regulatory role , but also with respect to the organizational trust lower staff , organize a high degree of trust in employees learning goal orientation greater positive influence on innovation performance . The conclusions are helpful for improving the theory of goal orientation and Innovation Performance , also contribute to the improvement of management methods .
