Electrostatic precipitator (ESP) as an environmentally friendly equipment, mainly used in cement, power, metallurgy , building materials and other fields, through the use of in the industrial field , the industrial dust emission concentration decreased year by year , for the protection of the ecological environment has made important contributions. Industrial dust emission concentration is a measure of electrical precipitator performance standards. ESP power controller is the core control equipment , in-depth study of its hardware circuit design and software control algorithms to improve the performance of Electrostatic Precipitator significance . Main work of this paper is to study the development of an efficient and reliable single-phase electric precipitator power controller, which applies not only to different working conditions of the new electrostatic precipitator control system , but also for the control system has been built ESP transformation . This paper introduces the development status at home and abroad ESP , ESP ESP basic principles and high voltage power supply system works ; analyzes ESP controller hardware and software requirements for the working principle and developed a specific hardware design, software control algorithms and software flow chart ; electrostatic precipitator high voltage power supply for debugging system and the specific debugging steps were introduced, and the entire product design and development process are summarized. Design and development of electrostatic precipitator power controller using ARM9 family STR912 microcontroller as the master chip , power supply and signal input and output modules optocoupler isolation design. Controller includes four analog input signal , ie a current signal , a voltage signal, the secondary current signal and the second voltage signal ; sixteen -channel digital input signals and six channel digital output signal , the digital signals according to need flexible configuration ; with RS485 serial communication interface , communication data standard Modbus communication protocol, the controller through the PC monitor . Developed the controller through the simulation debugging system rigorously tested to verify its overall design scheme is feasible.
