The printing industry in recent years has gradually become an important industry of the national economy , while in the printing process will inevitably produce print quality problems , and therefore must be detected in order to ensure the printing quality . Prints common image defects using digital image processing techniques to extract edge features of print image edge detection , and then will be detected prints edge of the edges of the image and the template differential comparator of print shape defects detection . Comparative analysis of the algorithm of the space domain classic edge detection and wavelet transform edge detection algorithm , to select wavelet transform as edge detection algorithm . The final design of the detection process of the system , including templates, template matching, detection algorithms and results output RF5 framework of parallel multi-task , the completion of the system software design . Topic design prints image detection system can be realized on the prints of the image defect detection, and has high reliability, high integration , low power consumption advantages .
