With the increase in traffic at night , people on the anti-glare safety technology increasingly demanding. This comprehensive domestic and international car design and road traffic aspects of the anti-glare technology, based on the principle of the human eye glare at night when the road surface brightness, and brightness of the background traffic environment to make the driver blinding light intensity threshold. Effects of different traffic volume and different speeds when blinding glare to the driver caused the length of time . For headlamp glare problem, out of focus raytracing principle theoretical analysis to explore headlamp light distribution design calculations and basic methods . This paper proposed according Krebs glare recovery time calculation formula to calculate the low intensity of the human eye in case glare recovery time. After analysis of the driver's dazzling period prone to the risk of accident and dangerous sections . Deduced night driving safe driving speed. Use of optics analysis of different linear sections of road vehicles traveling at night will cause glare car traffic accident that may occur . According to the different sections of the highway geographical conditions, different traffic and different traffic speeds at different linear sections will be car -glare impact on traffic safety , proposed safe driving speed . This paper analyzes the glare source may cause eye dazzling formation and different levels . In this paper, some of the major developed countries, foreign road lighting design techniques were compared at different levels in China are discussed on the road lighting design requirements. According optics and glare -shielding principle glare at different sections of proposed facility setting. In this paper some of the facilities set up road glare principle also selected for the highway facility set up to provide a reference .
