Transceiver is the major portion of a communication system, and is also an indispensable component for a radar, electronic warfare, some a electronic measurement, so that research on transceiver is an important area in communications.With the rapid developmenr of electronic technology, the requirement for the device size, frequency coverage, phase noise, spurious, dynamic range as well as other specifications is getting higher and higher.This thesis analyzes in detail about several key techniques of a transceiver based on a practical development of transceiver development work, relies on two case studies.Main results:(1) After analyzing the principle and key techniques of a radio transceiver, the thesis present some design method to realize some important specifications, and gives some experience in designing a transceiver.(2) A specific project to design an integrative converter is finished, including design of frequency synthesizer, upconverter, downconverter, as well as their installation in a box. The project also involves the total scheme design and the box structure consideration for anti-interference between each other of all the units in the box.(3) The specific project to design switch filter is also finished, including some theoretrical calculations and software simulation about it.(4) The developed transceiver is tested, the results show that the system can satisfy the expected requirement in such aspects as broadband, low spurious, low phase noise as well as other specifications.
