With the advance of globalization and regional economic integration, regional specialization and industrial agglomeration as global or regional industrial structure to optimize the performance of the configuration has become a worldwide economic phenomenon. Manifestation of these economic activities in space because of its far-reaching impact on urban development, more and more attention by geographers and economists. Bai, Fan, Scott, and other domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research about geographic concentration and agglomeration of Chinese manufacturing. However, these studies are based on national statistics for the year or five-year economic census data and the level of the provinces of the manufacturing industry geographic concentration or clustering analysis. And micro-enterprise data acquisition difficult, the domestic distribution characteristics and spatial structure of the inner city manufacturing mostly based on the distribution of urban land use types and convert the perspective of industrial land transformation and its influencing factors, the driving force and The formation mechanism of the inner city industrial geographic concentration and agglomeration little studied based on the perspective of a single corporate location selection, and focused on specific types of businesses, such as foreign-funded enterprises, high-tech enterprises, such as location. In this paper, Lanzhou City in 2008 manufacturing enterprise data space unit administrative divisions in the towns, streets, Lanzhou manufacturing enterprise space distribution, the degree of regional specialization and industry agglomeration were studied. First, the total distribution, the distribution of the type of industry, firm size distribution, of Lanzhou City manufacturing space distribution characteristics and law, respectively, from the two levels of the City and urban studies, trying to clarify the western cities in China after the reform and opening up city manufacturing industry spatial distribution pattern and new laws; then analyze the results based on the two-digit and three-digit manufacturing Gini coefficient and research the Agglomeration status of Lanzhou City manufacturing scale and spatial scales in different industries, and set forth the reasons for differences in the formation of different scales; Subsequently, based on the township (neighborhood) perspective, the use of this indicator Gini coefficient analysis to calculate the degree of specialization of the manufacturing regions of the space unit of Lanzhou City, depth of Lanzhou City manufacturing Agglomeration spatial pattern; then, the use of regional entropy analysis method, Lanzhou City manufacturing industry clusters to identify, analyze the spatial characteristics of industrial clusters and enterprise-scale structural features; Finally, the geographical pattern of Lanzhou City manufacturing The influencing factors are analyzed and discussed.
