Very fragile ecology for the semiarid area of ??Shaanxi, soil erosion, and the main characteristics of fruit production technology behind the actual order to ensure the sustainable use of land and water resources of the Loess Plateau, to improve returning farmland to forest zone in northern Shaanxi masses economic benefits, to meet the modernization of agriculture and improve regional ecological environmental conditions, this article relying Semiarid Mountainous Areas in Shaanxi specialty fruit water-saving technologies, and demonstration of the national scientific and technological support projects on the basis of relevant literature data, using a combination of field experiments and theoretical analysis technology roadmap , drip irrigation jujube water law and water use efficiency and crop coefficient, the key findings are as follows: (1) to study the distribution characteristics of the different irrigation treatments under drip irrigation the jujube soil moisture changes. Overall, the various processing soil moisture amplitude gradually decreases as the depth increases. 0 to 20cm soil moisture content variations all soil; different treatment of soil moisture changes are mainly concentrated in the 0 ~ 80cm soil 100 ~ 120cm soil layer soil moisture content remained stable. (2) the jujube fertility period experienced two soil water consumption the larger periods: flowering fruit set and fruit enlargement period, in two stages, the changes in soil moisture content is more dramatic. Appropriate increase irrigation quota to some extent, improve the soil moisture content exceeds a certain value, does not make significant improvement in soil moisture content. (3) analysis of various physiological and growth indexes of the jujube tree growth period. Increase of irrigation amount and irrigation frequency increased jujube leaf area index, flowering and fruit setting rate jujube jujube hanging growth length increases; of stomatal aperture value changes in the day with the temperature bimodal curve; leaf water potential day sooner or later high noon, under the same conditions, the size of the leaf water potential values ??related to soil moisture. (4) water consumption of jujube With the improvement of irrigation amount increased jujube tree in the flowering fruit and fruit enlargement of the larger water consumption, water consumption and two stages accounted for the entire growth period water consumption about 71.9%; water deficit sensitivity index is also the largest water deficit, the most sensitive, is the critical period of the water demand. (5) studied the Loess Plateau in northern the drip irrigation jujube reference crop water requirement and crop coefficient, the crop each growth stage crop coefficient descending order: the stage of fruit enlargement gt; fruit maturity gt; flowering fruit set gt ; budding leaf expansion were 1.306,0.961, 0.683 and 0.515. (6) the jujube whole growth of irrigation water and water consumption and production showed a good parabola relationship. The increase in water consumption along with the increase in production, when water consumption increased to a certain extent, the upward trend slowed down and stabilized, and then put into the water increasing effect was not significant. (7) proposed the jujube the drip irrigation reasonable irrigation quota and the irrigation times: irrigation 5 times (the budding of 2 times, flowering and fruit setting of 2, 1) flowering and fruit setting period, irrigation quota 135.0m3/hm2, the irrigation fixed to 675m3 / hm2 deal with the highest water production efficiency. And calculated jujube growth period of economic water irrigation quota M = 687.122m3/hm2.
