The overall performance of the organization is to rely on employees' job performance to be achieved, it is the purpose of human resource management is to improve employee performance through to achieve organizational goals. Career Management Research shows that career management employees' psychological and behavioral be a positive impact, especially for knowledge workers, due to their own unique qualities, more than the general staff to focus on their career development. In view of this, the study selected as the research object of knowledge workers to explore career management impact on job performance, and organizational commitment in career management and job performance relationship intermediary role, hoping to improve to some extent, career management and job performance-related theoretical system, and for businesses and provide the basis for the practice of managers and guidance. In this study, a review of the relevant literature review, and knowledge of staff career management, organizational commitment and job performance of the theoretical analysis and sorting, based on this proposed research model and assumptions. This article is based on Wuhan enterprise sample of 142 knowledge workers through a survey of their perception of career management and organizational commitment and job performance situations; then analyze and organize the collected data, and further studies on this hypothesis verify, on the basis of having made available for managers learn practical suggestions. The main conclusion of the study include: 1. Knowledge Workers four dimensions of career management and job performance two significant positive correlation between the dimensions. Among them, the emphasis on training, career awareness and provide information on the three dimensions of task performance has a significant positive effect; emphasis on training, promotion and career fair perception of the surrounding three dimensions have a significant positive impact on performance. (2) knowledge workers four dimensions of career management and organizational commitment of three significant positive correlation between degree. And fair promotion, focusing on training, providing information and professional knowledge on organizational commitment have positive significant effect. 3 dimensional degree of organizational commitment with job performance two significant correlation between dimensions. And organizational commitment on task performance and the performance showed a significant positive effect. 4 of organizational commitment in career management knowledge workers the impact on job performance has a partial mediating role. Among them, the emphasis on training, career awareness and provide information on three aspects can either directly affect task performance, but also through the intermediary variables on organizational commitment have an indirect impact on task performance; emphasis on training, promotion and career fair both cognitive three aspects directly affect the peripheral performance, but also through the intermediary variables of organizational commitment peripheral performance of employees has an indirect effect.
