The conversion of tacit knowledge has long been widespread concern of the theorists and scholars , but also corporate management need to solve the core problem . Especially in the high-tech enterprises , the tacit knowledge lies in the hands of idiosyncratic human capital owners , how to promote the flow and transformation of idiosyncratic human capital tacit knowledge become an important factor in deciding the innovation capacity . Idiosyncratic Human Capital theory and the theory of tacit knowledge based on , based on the background of high-tech industries , to explore idiosyncratic human capital of high-tech enterprise knowledge attributes construct idiosyncratic human capital tacit knowledge transformation model , and then The proposed high-tech enterprise tacit knowledge development and management strategy .
