Plate Slot array antenna has advantages of light weight , small size , cheap , and it is widely used in practice . But often due to the limitations of the actual processing , the finished size of the antenna design value certain errors , understand the the processing error value of the analysis of antenna performance very important practical significance . Thus, the accurate measurement of the actual dimensions of the antenna is increasingly necessary. Traditional direct measurement methods are increasingly unable to meet the requirements of high-precision , high-speed engineering , this paper presents the use of image measurement technology to achieve accurate measurements of flat cracks array antenna . The principle of this technique is the application of digital image processing technology to extract the edge of the object image to obtain the geometric parameters of the object , and is very suitable for the precision measurement of small size . The existing image measurement and image processing theory based tablet crack array antenna for the experiment , the analysis of the characteristics of large images and image measurement , in-depth analysis and image processing techniques to study this subject - image filtering, edge detection , and based on looking for the feasibility of this subject . And design image measurement software , verify the practical feasibility of the algorithm , the software can achieve accurate measurements of the tiny size . In order to verify the accuracy of the measurement algorithm , this paper gives the tablet image software crack array antenna measurements , measuring the effective bit of a millimeter decimal point after three , description of the image processing and measurement algorithms used in this paper in practical application is feasible , and to obtain a better measurement results .
