Mesh reflector antenna is one of the space deployable antenna structure . This research work is based on a pre-research project : a deployable antenna integrated design platform . The main contents include the following aspects : 1 ) to claim the force density design variables , the the antenna net surface accuracy and pre- tension distribution uniformity of the objective function , the optimization model based on the the the days trail network structure of the force density method form-finding . Numerical results show that the pre- tension by the form-finding method can get higher accuracy and uniform mesh cable net . 2 ) Application Morris design variables sampling inspection method to adjust on the force density as a design variable antenna mesh accuracy as the objective function , sensitivity analysis of the adjustment cord , laid a foundation for further study of the adjustment of the net surface technology . 3 ) establish the parameters of the articulated rib antenna expand state finite element analysis model , and applied to the antenna structure optimization design . Mesh reflector antenna expand state optimization model to optimize the design of its structure to make it meet the requirements of weight , surface precision , static and dynamic performance . 4 ) the completion of a comprehensive design optimization module software platform . Optimization module functionality , design solutions and key technologies , and a numerical example .
