Juice is a kind of fast moving consumer goods. This industry has very high liquidity requirements. In particular, it relies on sales channel development. At present, China has few researches of supply chain on juice industry sales channels, which results in the enterprise’s sale can only being in one area, using a small number of channels or even a single way of conducting the sale. They cannot be quickly occupied the market and build consumer loyalty. In addition, sales of regional issues, sales methods, sales channels and life-cycle model and its supply chain system have resulted in very high demand. For demands of juice industry sales channels, the theory builds simulation model based on the agile supply chain. Comparison of simulation methods using agile supply chain and the classical theory of supply chain applications in fruit juice industry, the effects of sales channels is different, which is used to discuss in this environment. And different assumptions affect the final result of the effect and size. Without prejudice to the principles of the industry, key indicators of sales assessment evaluation of results have been selected. According to the characters of Agile Supply Chain, the effect size for sales is used as the simulation model’s variable, which improves the accuracy of models.
