With economic globalization and the information age , companies around the world are facing increasingly fierce competition in the domestic and international markets . Performance management has become an indispensable modern organization 's human resource management tools , performance management excellence and mediocrity become a watershed . Firstly, a number of advanced enterprise performance management experience and China's coal chemical enterprise performance management problems are analyzed and the basic theory of performance management are described. Then JF coal chemical industry as the research object , combining the basic situation of enterprises and performance management status , from performance targets identified performance management platform and performance results are applied three issues set out to design the overall performance management model . In the management model thinking under the guidance of the establishment embodied performance management core performance evaluation model to define the principle of assessment , assessment procedures, assessment methods , assessment indicators and weights design, examination results processing and application of key performance management elements . According to the design model, using the quasi- BSC indicators taxonomy , fishbone analysis, expert intuitive judgment law and \the department and individual performance appraisal methods for specific design . Breaking the coal chemical production enterprise performance management not know the place , appraisal system behind other constraints , the design of a more scientific , rational, comprehensive and effective performance assessment methods , implement refined management to maximize the strategic thinking in order to realize performance management of the enterprise role in promoting. Finally, the implementation of performance management supporting systems to prepare , process control , performance improvement and other aspects are explored further strengthened the theory of management.
