Objective bFGF eyedrops in the treatment of corneal epithelial defects effectiveness, safety and cost - effectiveness analysis to provide reference for clinical therapy . Methods A multi-center non-randomized controlled trial design for the same period to collect the raw data , the study collected a total of 268 cases of effective cases , including bFGF treatment of 137 cases , accounting for 51.12% , non- bFGF treatment of 131 cases , accounting for 48.88% . BFGF treatment group treatment programs : drops 1-2 drops , 3-4 times / day, administered the number of days in a median of 5.0 days , and the upper and lower quartile were 7.0,4.0 days . The control group Aili eye drops , treatment programs : drops 1-2 drops , 3-4 times / day, administered the number of days in a median of 8.0 , and the upper and lower quartile 11.0,6.0 days . The incremental cost-effectiveness analysis to evaluate its cost - effectiveness and budget impact analysis . BFGF eyedrops to treat corneal epithelial defects after the listing efficacy evaluation using the the bFGF group of patients the cure rate was 94.16% more effective than the control group ( cure rate was 68.70% ) , visible bFGF eye drops fluid treatment of corneal epithelial defect . Using bFGF treatment group of 137 cases , only 1 case of adverse reactions , the incidence of adverse reactions was only 0.85% , visible bFGF eye drops to treat corneal epithelial defect is safe . BFGF treatment group relative to the control group , an effect for each additional unit cost savings of 1,172 yuan . Hospitalized cases , bFGF treating cornea defects mainly to improve treatment and reduce the length of hospital stay two paths to reduce hospitalization costs . Conclusion bFGF eye drops to treat corneal epithelial defect , security, economic , research results can select clinical therapy , health administration and health insurance sector decision-making reference for .
