Hardy-Weinberg the genetic equilibrium test results of GSK-3βrs6438552 genotype distribution in each sample in Hardy-Weinberg genetic balance (P gt; 0.05), the selected sample group representation. 3 cases and control groups each genotype comparison between (1) the case and control groups ReHo compare: ① case group C / C genotype carriers with the control group, the C / C genotype was found in case group left forehead Back to ReHo value is higher than the control group, the the right suboccipital ReHo value than the control group to reduce; ② case group C / T genotype with the control group C / T genotype results not found to have special significance of brain regions; ③ case group T / T genotype carriers with the control group, the T / T genotype comparison the case group left inferior frontal gyrus, back to ReHo value higher than that of the control group and the right amount of the right temporal gyrus, left medial frontal gyrus ReHo low in the control group. Grouped according to the different genetic patterns results (1) ReHo results display case group C / C genotype had the right cerebellar anterior lobe ReHo value significantly higher than the C / T and T / T genotypes combined group, the control group, C / C genotype groups left cerebellar caudal lobe, left occipital and left frontal gyrus ReHo value compared with the C / TT / T gene merger group; (2) Alff fruit display cases of group C / TT / T genotype merger group left frontal gyrus the left brain occipital lobe Alff value was significantly higher than the C / C genotype groups, the occipital lobe the Alff value compared with the control group C / C genotype group left brain increased C / TT / T merger group; (3) ReHo and Alff analysis of results The case group T / T carriers of the left inferior frontal gyrus, the left superior temporal gyrus and right frontal back the ReHo value and Alff straight higher than the C / C and C / T merger group. Conclusion: 1.T / T genotype there may be a wider range of abnormal brain function activities. 2.GSK-3βrs6438552 intronic polymorphism may be associated with resting state functional brain activity. 3.GSK-3β gene may play a role in the development of depressive disorder.
