With the development of science and technology and productivity greatly improved, intelligent products appear more and more in people's daily lives, especially in the aerospace, aviation, navigation and exploration, environmental monitoring and many other areas also widely research. Operations, activities, work, robots instead of people in some ways to improve the life safety factor not only in hazardous conditions, labor-saving, reduce costs and conserve resources, intelligent products will eventually be social widely accepted to obtain a wide range of the application. This article relates to the intelligent transport system AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle), the system used in plant transportation, assembly lines, warehouses, transportation, railway stations and other places outside the station, the terminal has a large number of start using this type of AGV. It combined with the unit transport to facilitate constitute automatic the warehouse or fully automatic logistics system controlled by a computer, the system has a wide range of services, transportation lines long, flexible, low investment, low operating costs, safe, reliable and unattended operation and so on point. AGV in foreign metro station, the station has been widely used, the goods can be placed in a small car from the loading point, the car is automatically sent to the need to stop unloading object point, and then automatically open back to the loading point, such as large passenger capacity, of cars bound for a site, use the AGV can solve the chaotic situation of the transport of goods, but also improve the ability to transport, is a state-of-the-art and practical solution. In order to improve the intelligence of the AGV to each AGV is equipped with a wireless module for communication between each AGV to determine the mutual position, distance and state, in order to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the cars. This article will car wireless module supply real-time monitoring, to ensure the normal communication between each car, the remote monitoring terminal, we can see that the charge status of each vehicle wireless module and the body, and then it can be determined whether the car needs to be carried out charge, which issued a directive on the car. This paper presents solutions to the problems faced by the GOCW project - battery-powered battery monitoring system circuit (BPBMS), and introduced several innovative circuit, not only complete GOCW project requirements and WHM-3 circuit support wireless module, compatible with previous products WHM-WHM-2. This circuit uses a simple method commonly used in electrical components at a reasonable price and energy consumption within the solve GOCW project requirements.
