With the rapid development of embedded technology , network technology and wireless communication technology , mobile GIS has become a current research focus of geographic information systems . Mobile GIS is an embedded technology based on the integration of mobile communication technology , navigation and positioning technology , the Internet and other technologies for the integrated GIS, the advantage anywhere to provide users with a quick , convenient geospatial information services . In the era of information explosion , massive geospatial data storage and scheduling is the mobile GIS facing difficult problem , and the development of network storage technology to provide a feasibility solutions . On this basis , the mobile GIS based distributed storage system and its key technologies involved in the development of mobile terminals , network storage , software portability , GPS positioning technology . The main work of this thesis, including : 1. Distributed environment , the organization and management of geospatial data . Geospatial data pre-processing, to achieve the unity of the mathematical foundations of geospatial data through coordinate transformation , using data compression technology to reduce data redundancy ; introduce indexing techniques for data sub- block , the effective mass data organization ; using the network massive geospatial data storage technology distributed storage to achieve massive network storage and data management ; 2 key technologies of network transmission . Mobile GIS based distributed storage network transmission mode ; client and server-side dual caching strategy to reduce the frequency of data read , the use of multi-threading technology index HTTP chunked data for mobile GIS adaptive strategy for the exploration and analysis . The mobile GIS logic structure design and development . Planning, logical structure , functional modules for mobile GIS explicitly study the contents and objectives ; mobile the GIS terminals developed under the guidance of the principles , to achieve the rapid development of the smart phone terminal based on Windows CE and Android mobile platform and software portability , and UMPC devices on the wired network testing and realization of some functions .
