Study on the Parallel Milling Mechanism for the Vertical Machine Tool Integrating Turning with Milling

In order to meet the demand of product diversification and upgrading of cycles , the machine tool has become one of the important direction of development of CNC machine tools . The paper combines the innovative design and development of the Vertical Turning Machine Tool , the main research mechanism , milling complex machine overall program design, virtual prototype simulation . This paper discusses in detail the research status of the related fields at home and abroad , a plane two-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism , including kinematic analysis, workspace analysis and static analysis , and using ADAMS software virtual prototype simulation , including position solution , inverse kinematics to verify the correctness of the thesis analytical results . ANSYS the ADAMS analysis based on the use of flexible parallel bar , and then process the results into ADAMS replace the original rigid bar , more accurate kinematic and dynamic simulation , and simulation load file into ANSYS , the stress and strain analysis of parallel rods to verify the rod structure is reasonable . Parallel mechanism designed on the basis of the overall design of the milling complex machine .
