Objective: To monitor multiple trauma patients with early plasma before calcitonin ( PCT ) , tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α) and White interleukin -6 (IL-6) content , explore them with multiple trauma complicated by sepsis the relationship between the predictive value of sepsis after multiple trauma . Methods: 50 patients with systemic inflammatory syndrome in multiple trauma patients admitted to the ICU within 1h specimens from blood samples using the Germany BrahmsDiagnostica production of LUMItestPCT of reagents , application of double-antibody sandwich immunoassay chemiluminescence before serum calcitonin semi-quantitative detection , using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and determination of plasma tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α) and White interleukin -6 (IL-6) levels ; sepsis group ( depending on whether co-infection is divided into 20 cases) and non- sepsis group ( 30 cases ) , evaluation of PCT to predict the sensitivity and specificity of the multiple trauma complicated by sepsis simultaneously PCT , TNF - α , IL -6 concentration and multiple trauma patients with sepsis Logistic regression analysis . Results: 1. Sepsis group (S ) multiple trauma patients into the ICU , the plasma the PCT ( median 3.0 , range 1.0-4.0 ) , TNF -α ( median 258.49 range 175.68-816.10ng/ml ) , IL-6 ( median 100.3 , range 39.55-149.27pg/ml) levels were significantly higher , rather than the sepsis group (NS ) , respectively (median 1.0 , range 1.0-4.0 ) (median 116.53 of , scope 21.55-369.56ng/ml ) , ( median 65.89 , range 15.98-150.86 pg / ml) of . Merge multiple injuries sepsis diagnosis 2.PCT sensitivity , specificity , PPV, NPV , respectively : 85.0% ( 17 / 20 ), 80.0 ( 24 / 30 ) % , and 73.9% (17 /23 ) and 88.9% ( 24 / 27 ) . Multiple injury patients with sepsis with the PCT , TNF -α , IL - 6 concentration Logistic regression analysis showed that the regression coefficient values ??of various parameters were 0.517,0.329,0.188 . Conclusion: multiple injury patients with early plasma PCT , TNF - α, IL -6 were significantly elevated , there is a tendency of sepsis ; PCT, INF-α, IL-6 can be used as early sepsis after multiple trauma early warning indicators , which the predictive value of PCT is superior for TNF -α , IL -6 , and the high sensitivity and specificity .
