Wet spraying machine is a kind of engineering machinery equipment which used more widely in modem concrete construction homework, for its ability of continuously accomplishing horizontal and vertical transportation with high construction efficiency, reduced labor saving time and high quality of construction. With the wide application of the wet spraying machine, it is put forward higher request that the equipment performance and the operation mode. Therefore, in order to realize the intelligent control of the wet spraying machine, we use the computer technology and compensation technology, making it have the monitoring, stable performance and automatic compensation and so on, and effectively improve the work efficiency of the wet spraying machine, the quality of engineering and work reliability.Based on mine wet spraying machine as the research object, the research designs of the PLC control system which bases on human-computer interface. Firstly, the research introduces the current situation and the developing trend of the wet spraying machine, and proposes the necessity of the intelligent logic control system which bases on the PLC;Secondly, the research introduces the overall structure of the wet spraying machine, and detailed analyses the characteristics of its hydraulic system, using compensation technology to design its automatic compensation function; Then the research designs the electrical system, including the system controls the accelerating substitutability by frequency conversion, adjusts proportional variable-volume valve by the module EM232 and controls every action, greatly improving work efficiency; Finally, the research designs the software program of the wet spraying machine.
