The Stock Celecting Modle of Quantitative Analysis and Qualitative Analysis

With the development of market economy , China 's stock market matures, scientific investment is more and more important for the majority of investors . This paper analyzes the status quo of China 's stock selection model that suitable for China 's stock selection model , the direct use of foreign scholars to establish the stock selection model has many limitations due to differences in national conditions, the degree of market development , information transparency . Stock analysis and selection involves a variety of influencing factors , both quantitative factors , but also the characteristics of the qualitative factors that adopt solutions to complex factors method is suitable as a basis for building the model , and thus the selection level analysis and determine the method of multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the main method to establish the stock selection model . Articles start from the analysis of factors that affect the stock price , in reference to other papers, stock selection criteria on the basis of the well-known investors and investment institutions , according to China's national conditions and the level of development of the stock market , the main factors of the stock price is due to the market factors , factors , growth , income , in accordance with the standards of the choice of indicators and the indicators for screening. Then, using EXCEL software on quantitative indicators correlation analysis, the correlation coefficient greater than 0.8 two indicators to analyze and to delete influence smaller indicators , to determine the stock selection index system , AHP method to determine the election shares index weight and consistency analysis . Finally, the use of fuzzy evaluation method for quantitative stock selection indicators index value memberships are analyzed to determine the single factor decision matrix , decision matrix composite score calculated quantitative indicators based on quantitative indicators weight single factor , and the use of subjective judgment according to the established qualitative indicators rating criteria to rate the qualitative indicators , using quantitative indicators score multiplied by its weight composite score is derived by adding qualitative indicators . Finally, based on the total score for stock picking . Specific data models were tested , the results show that stock selection model is suitable for quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to establish accurate forecast results .
