The growth and development of the private colleges and universities to change the situation of China 's investment in higher education has long borne exclusively by the state finance , broaden the channels of the source of funding of higher education , to reduce the state's financial burden , increase investment in higher education and the supply of resources , ease the Higher a serious imbalance in the contradiction between supply and demand of education . Private colleges and universities in the development of the popularization of higher education will play an increasingly important role , and there is a lot of room for growth . However, public colleges and universities in the school conditions, teaching staff , school reputation , quality of education , and social recognition degree possession of absolute advantage , the biggest problem faced by the private colleges and universities is how to change the situation in the cracks seeking survival , while private colleges and universities the graduates face employment pressure due to their school development and the role of society, the students and other reasons . The article can not be optimistic about the employment status of college graduates from private analysis examining the feasibility of private college graduates employment problems and proposed solutions and strategies to enhance the employability and competitiveness of the private college graduates . The article is divided into three parts : The first part is the theoretical basis for the article described . The second part of the survey data show the Private Higher employment status , and analyze the reasons for the low and graduates graduate employability and competitiveness potential of mining . The third part of the theory-based support and research and analysis of specific coping strategies measures to enhance the employability and competitiveness of the private college graduates .
