Laser triangulation has a fast , non-contact , high-precision , etc. , have been widely used in the detection system . But with the development of industrial technology , higher and higher requirements on the detection of micro-displacement , high-speed , high-precision , large range , small size and intelligence become the development direction of the triangulation . The paper triangular rangefinder ranging accuracy of the prevailing low and slow , focus on the CCD sub- pixel positioning subdivision algorithm and its hardware implementation , successfully designed and developed a linear CCD - based high-speed high-precision real - time laser triangulation system . First, research research status at home and abroad laser triangulation , the triangulation principle and characteristics of linear CCD . Secondly, several commonly take full advantage of spot near numerous linear CCD subpixel algorithm , and through the spot image collected off-line analysis and processing , in-depth analysis , comparison and improvement of these algorithms , eventually find a high precision and easy hardware implementation of the relatively optimal algorithm - octave interpolation gray centroid algorithm , which significantly improve the positioning accuracy and stability of the system . Again , the detailed description of the triangulation system hardware and software design of the hardware platform and the sub-pixel algorithm hardware implementation, the use of FPGA logic resources, and fast data processing capabilities of the ARM , in order to achieve high - speed real-time online detection . Finally, the system stability , calibration and precision experiments . Experimental results show that the system has a high stability , range accuracy up to 0.03mm, maximum range to 135 mm , real-time online measurement speed is adjustable from 1 to 36K / s . The results of this thesis greatly improve the accuracy and speed of laser triangulation , is conducive to miniaturization of the system and intelligent , has a strong practical value .
