China’s rapid economic development and urbanization progress, consuming a large amount of resources and energy, while producing large amounts of waste, construction waste is one of the most important components. Construction waste has the characteristics of resources, taking up much of the land and harming the environment, reduction measures in the moment can not reduce the premise of construction waste, and resourcization of construction waste is becoming an important solution. Resourcization of construction waste depends on the research of processing mode, and a good processing mode is an important basis for successful resourcization. At present, resourcization of construction waste is still at the exploratory stage. Based on circular Economy, the resourcization of construction waste has positive significance on saving resources, protecting the environment and guiding the practice of the resourcization of construction waste.In this paper, analyzing the key factors of construction waste yield by the way of questionnaire survey, and establishing the model of estimation and prediction. It’s more practical that analyzing the factors that affect the yield of construction waste from the view of engineers. Taking into account the estimated operation, estimating the yield of construction waste by selecting some main factors and predicting future yield by the method of gray prediction. The estimate and forecast of yield provides a basis for the resourcization of construction waste.By defining the definition and classification of the construction waste of basis, analyzing the necessity and feasibility of construction wastes resourcization, and the feasibility analysis includes the analysis of technology, economy and society, it is concluded that the resourcization of construction waste is technically feasible, economical and reasonable.According to the existing problems of the resourcization of construction waste in China, on the basis of principles, establishing the system of resourcization, which includes recovery system, operation system and supporting system. Recovery system is the foundation, operating system is the core, and supporting system is the guarantee. The system provides guidance for the resourcization of construction waste.Finally, analyzing the resourcization of construction waste by the way of SWOT in ChangSha, bringing forward some Suggestions such as accelerating legislation, formulating technical standards, increasing investment, establishing demonstration engineering, reinforcing the education of social public.
