In the context of global economic integration, China and the international economy increasingly accelerated pace, opening-up policy to attract a large number of foreign direct investment (FDI). Especially the last decade, the amount of FDI in China has been the largest in the world. FDI for China's economy has made a great contribution to make up for the lack of investment in China, while foreign-invested enterprises not only the use of advanced technology and technology spillovers, technological progress in China's domestic enterprises, human resource development and technical innovation. enhancement of the ability to play a catalytic role. More concentrated area of ??FDI inflows, but also the formation of the space technology spillover effects, which greatly promoted the development of the regional economy and even the country's economy. A lot of research on the issue of FDI technology spillovers at home and abroad, but most or in a particular area of ??study is the comparison of several regions, did not consider the spatial dependence problem, ignoring the adjacent areas affect each other. In this paper, based on the analysis of FDI technology spillover effect, combined with Jiangsu, Zhejiang Industrial space technology spillover effects of FDI. First, the theory of the FDI space technology spillovers, application, space effects, econometric model, model estimation, and testing to do a basic analysis; Second, determine the existence of technology spillovers of FDI on the overall level of technology to improve the basis on use econometric methods, Feder two-sector economy model, FDI technology spillovers and space technology spillovers Empirical Study of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. FDI capital, labor, China's actual conditions to determine the value of fixed assets at cost, foreign industrial sector output several factors, calculated test of Jiangsu, Zhejiang provinces and industry in technology spillovers, then add space weighting factors, the relative neighboring provinces lag a value of output into the range of explanatory variables, calculate the three provinces and industrial space impact. This paper demonstrates that the space adjacent areas of FDI technology spillovers, Shanghai affected the most, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and one behind each additional output 1, Shanghai's output increase 0.3433; Zhejiang, followed by increased 0.0993; Jiangsu smallest negative, Shanghai and Zhejiang output increased by 1 instead lead to a decrease in its output 0.3434. In this paper, the results of the model, draw FDI is conducive to the economic growth of Jiangsu, Zhejiang Industrial conclusion, and in the final conclusions to the government and enterprises to attract FDI provides a number of policy recommendations.
