China due to low labor costs in the world's footwear occupy an important position in the outbreak of the financial crisis, however, caused no small impact on China's shoe industry, making exports of footwear to be affected, SMEs face difficulties, combined with the raw materials the advantage of reducing prices, labor as well as the suppression of the foreign trade protectionism, China's footwear industry is facing many challenges. How, in the context of the financial crisis, to maintain and improve the export competitiveness of the footwear, have important implications for sustained and stable development of the industry as a whole. In this paper, based on the analysis of the current situation of China's footwear industry, the use of the index system of international competitiveness, factor analysis and Diamond model, various factors affect and reflect the international competitiveness of the footwear industry, the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis phase a combination of methods for evaluation. The quantitative analysis of the model is the use of the index system of international competitiveness, China's footwear industry indicators analysis and comparison with other representatives of the countries and regions, SPSS statistical analysis software reuse factor score weighting process to measure China and other on behalf of the countries and regions in the international competitiveness of the footwear industry, and the composite index of the footwear industry's international competitiveness before and after the financial crisis, China and other representatives of the countries and regions of the lateral, the formation of the international context of the financial crisis on China's footwear industry in evaluation of competitive intuitive advantages and disadvantages. Qualitative analysis of the model is based on the diamond model theory, excellent through objective analysis of the international competitiveness of China's footwear industry from the five aspects of the production factors, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, business strategy and competition, opportunity and government The disadvantage evaluation. Quantitative model research results show that the export competitiveness of China's footwear industry and strong in other countries and regions, the competitiveness rankings always first, but before and after the outbreak of the financial crisis, China's footwear industry competitiveness index has changed significantly, the Composite Index decreased , in the context of the traditional shoe-making powers in Italy to rise, not fall, narrowing the export competitiveness of the footwear industry in China. The qualitative model research results show that the competitive advantage of China's footwear industry mainly excellent location, low labor costs, market demand, a cluster industry chain, as well as a good domestic economic development environment and strong government policy support ; competitive disadvantage mainly small and medium-sized enterprises financing difficulties, the rising prices of raw materials, lack of infrastructure in the western region, the lack of scarcity of professionals, as well as extensive enterprise business model and its own brand. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the China-made footwear competitiveness of China to raise the footwear industry international competitiveness strategy recommendations, vigorously develop its own brand, concerned about the domestic market, to speed up the transfer of industry, to strengthen inter-regional cooperation, give full play to organization and coordination of the Association's strength, to avoid vicious competition, vigorously develop human resources strategy, favorable government support policies. From the government to the enterprise as well as products, various aspects have to be in close contact, and strive to provide maximum space for the enhancement of the international competitiveness of the Chinese footwear industry.
