Cigarette formula design is the foundation and core of the entire tobacco industry product design, the quality cigarette formula stability is the most important content of the product quality and stability. Over the years, the tobacco industry has accumulated a lot of basic data and R \u0026 D data, these data are very valuable, but they are stored in dispersed, low degree of integration, the association is not enough, poor consistency. Use of data mining technology, mining processing of these data, according to the characteristics of the cigarette industry adjustment technology with statistical process controls, adjustments, not only the quality of the formula can be found in the tremendous value and improve the inherent understanding of the law on tobacco production for cigarette product design and production management decision support, cigarette product design and production figures. This tobacco industry scientific and efficient cigarette product design and production, to avoid duplication of effort, improve efficiency, increase the stability of cigarette production, thereby enhancing competitiveness, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises has important practical significance. In this paper, the factors that affect the quality of cigarette products, cigarette the recipe quality data characteristics, the SPA technology in quality regulation of cigarette formula study, support vector machines and other knowledge cigarette recipe quality data to collate, analyze data according to its small sample size noise, non-numerical characteristics, the first non-numeric data, and then based on gray analytical hierarchy process to find out the impact factor of the cigarette recipe quality, the establishment of the statistical process adjustment model, the constraints of cost minimization principle impact factor adjustment, and ultimately achieving balanced and stable quality purposes. Through the regulation of the recipe quality of flue-cured tobacco cigarettes, the way to achieve a certain effect. The main tasks are as follows: 1. Use of data mining the Knowledge Processing cigarette recipe quality data and gray analytical hierarchy process applied to find the influencing factors.
