At present, China Institute of Metrology twilight illumination standards smallest probe illumination 10 -5 lx, far less than for starlight illumination measurement requirements. This thesis grade star decision means by known stellar magnitudes can be calibrated simulator for starlight starlight illumination measurement. This paper studies the contents include: ( a ) determining apparatus star rating overall design of research, innovation kept in determining device class star in the addition of self-calibration system will always be able to detect a signal for data correction. ( 2 ) Selection and photomultiplier tube preamplifier circuit design. Photomultiplier tube kept in use electromagnetic shielding, low temperature control , eliminating stray light and other methods to improve the level of star illuminance measurement accuracy. ( 3 ) the control oscillating mirror and turntable stepper motor drive pulse generating circuit hardware design and software programming.
