China's furniture industry is still in its formative years, and has a huge space for development . Private furniture enterprise , plays an increasingly large role in the development of China's furniture industry . However , with the deepening of economic globalization , China's furniture industry usher in a yet another challenge , continuing to adopt the sharp rise of raw material prices and labor costs , the appreciation of the renminbi , environmental regulations , the furniture industry, the original low-cost and the base of low-cost advantage , weakened into a crumbling cliff . Therefore , China 's private furniture business transformation without delay. China private enterprise transformation and upgrade of moving summarized as \defects and ills ; China 's private furniture enterprises in the production , management , product development and marketing various aspects of the development of their internal motivation . This paper uses Porter's industry analysis model , analysis of China 's private furniture enterprise external factors . Describes the competition between the existing private enterprises , potential entrants , substitute products , five aspects of the supply side and the bargaining power of buyers ; analyzed from two aspects of the resources and capabilities as China 's private furniture enterprise's internal factors , opportunities and threats in the enterprise , the weaknesses and strengths of the factors revealed , in preparation for the strategic choice .
