Objective To investigate the chronic non- bacterial prostatitis effective treatment . Methods 60 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis patients using herbal \finasteride ( Proscar ) 5mg, 1 times / day , orally, the establishment of the control and combined treatment group , compared to after treatment urodynamic indicators ( maximum flow rate , residual urine ) changes. Results before the experiment prostate symptom score (CPSI) average 17.34 ± 0.03,95% confidence interval (95% CI) 16.73 ~ 17.95, experiment 4 weeks CPSI median decrease 5.98 ± 0.48; experiment eight weeks CPSI average 9.86 ± 0.25, 95% CI 9.36 ~ 10.35, the average decline in the value of 7.39 ± 0.45. effects compared between the two groups : four groups CPSI compare F = 8.524, P lt; 0.05 considered statistically significant. Before the experiment residual urine (RVU, ml / l) Average 18.23 ± 1.38,95% CI 15.47 ~ 20.99, residual urine test four weeks average 10.00 ± 0.99,95% CI 7.80 ~ 12.00, the average decline in the value of 7.39 ± 0.45. Experiment 8 weeks CPSI average 5.15 ± 1.07,95% CI 3.00 ~ 7.30, the average decline in value of 11.27 ± 0.85. Effects compared between the two groups : A group , B group , C group and D group comparison between the residual urine F = 12.037, P lt; 0.05 considered statistically significant. Before the experiment maximum urinary flow rate (MFR, ml / l) an average of 13.04 ± 0.23,95% CI 12.59 ~ 13.49 ml / l, Experiment 4 weeks maximum flow rate averaged 14.42 ± 0.25,95% CI 13.92 ~ 14.91 / l, the average elevated value 1.38 ± 0.29; experiment eight weeks maximum flow rate averaged 15.83 ± 0.18,95% CI 15.48 ~ 6.18 ml / l, the average increase in value of 2.77 ± 0.33. effects compared between the two groups : four groups MFR contrast P lt ; 0.05 considered statistically significant. The results of measurements at each time point in each group treated with factors interaction , F = 5.057, P lt; 0.05 considered statistically significant. The results of multiple comparisons between groups , A group and D group comparison , P lt; 0.05, statistically significant ; A group and B, C group comparison , P> 0.05, not statistically significant.
