Research on Legal Issues of Timeshare

Timeshare is the product of the combination of tourism and real estate. Timeshare originated in Europe, flourished in the Americas, introduced to China in the 1990s, with the economic development and legal system innovation and create new products. Compared to other tourism products, timeshare introduced in China started late, is a new type of tourism products. Timeshare development in China has begun to take shape, particularly in the tourism and real estate development is the emergence of the hotel property rights in the timeshare impressive.
