Timeshare is the product of the combination of tourism and real estate. Timeshare originated in Europe, flourished in the Americas, introduced to China in the 1990s, with the economic development and legal system innovation and create new products. Compared to other tourism products, timeshare introduced in China started late, is a new type of tourism products. Timeshare development in China has begun to take shape, particularly in the tourism and real estate development is the emergence of the hotel property rights in the timeshare impressive. However, Timeshare growth in China, accompanied by legal problems and disputes are emerging in urgent need of the introduction of appropriate laws and regulations to be addressed. The paper is divided into five chapters, focuses on the timeshare and its legal regulation to solve various problems in China's development of timeshare. The first chapter is Timeshare at home and abroad and development overview. The first section based on the combination of domestic and foreign scholars defined the concept of timeshare introduced the author for the understanding of the concept of timeshare; author in the second quarter brief introduction to the history of the origin and development timeshare and timeshare overview of the development of China; Section 3 references Tourism on the core concept of timeshare Timeshare further introduction. The chapter is mainly involved in the timeshare concept of Tourism and history of its development to account, to lay the foundation for the writing of the following sections. The second chapter the author analyzes two types of timeshare and the nature of its legal and related characteristics. As discussed in the first section the author mainly focus on the legal nature of timeshare ownership timeshare and rental right type, and put forward the unique insights of the author of the legal nature of the two types of timeshare; academia timesharing type of tenancy rights there are serious differences, vacation legal definition of the nature of this author in the second quarter to analyze its roots; in the third quarter, the the two timeshare difference by way of contrast the description. Chapter discussed in the previous chapters discussed on the basis of the legal regulation of the timeshare. Section II pointed out that in the face of the many Timeshare disputes existing conditions, My country of legal regulation measures, has important practical significance.
