Electronic jacquard knitting machines are widely used in household decoration lace knitting, clothing and shoes and hats with lace and other daily necessities, and of the various supplies needed to bring the lace knitting. At this stage, the foreign products are more expensive, and China still exists a lot of mechanical Jacquard. Jacquard through the machinery of transformation, It is advantaged to upgrade the mechanical Jacquard to high-performance electronic Jacquard one, not only reasonable use of existing resources, and low prices of products, in line with the current domestic market demand, will have broad market prospects.This paper, in-depth analysis of the existing electronic jacquard equipment on the basis of current market needs and functions of electronic technology development, designs, a DSP-based microcontrollers TMS320LF2407 electronic jacquard knitting electrical control system.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign textile machinery, especially the history and study of the status quo electronic jacquard weave. It studies the working principle of the electronic jacquard weave, the system structure and control. Method based on this and combination of practical application needs, it improves an electr-onic control box designs: DSP microcontrollers as the core, designed TMS320LF24-07 hardware architecture. These mainly include: the main controller module, USB data storage modules, input and output driver control module, touch screen LCD modules, serial interface module, .ect on. The comprehensive test and analysis are taken to the overall system by developing the anti-jamming hard-ware and software measures considering the actnal working environment. Finally, the system research and development process in a number of issues were summarized and presented the next phase of development and the recommendations of the study.
