With the rapid development of computer technology and the Internet era, humanity has entered the information age. When the construction of military information is being energetically and urgently advocated in the military, we must actively use computers and modern network technology to develop and apply the online examination system. Through this we can provide more efficient and flexible test platform for the forces to achieve a new, comprehensive and efficient learning test, save time of conservation management institutions organizate the learning test at higher levels, shorten the training cycle, enhance the overall learning units, improve efficiency and quality of the military tests’management.In this thesis, online examination system is producted to reduce the management workload of unit test and improve military’s work efficiency. The system consists of two parts, one part is the online exam for the candidates, and the other is the online test management component for the administrator. If the andidates logined the system successfully,they can examinate online, test free, view results, view test information, know test information about military titles, change passwords and do other operations. Administrator manage the system, if the administrator logined the system successfully, they can make papers, manage test, manage subject, manage news, manage performance, manage user information and do other operations.The system is based on.NET platform, using C# programming language, SqlServer 2000 database and Microsoft Virtual Studio 2005 development tools for development. In the system design process, functional modules are designed following the modular design mind to enhance the reusability of modules and system scalability.
