Electrode electrowinning and electrochemical wet industry (chlor-alkali industry, seawater electrolysis wastewater treatment, electroplating, mechanical and electrical synthesis) equipped devices, the choice of the electrode material directly related to electrolytic and electrochemical stability of the process, the production of the product the rate and quality, operating costs, energy consumption and pollution of the surrounding environment and the like. However, titanium anode is limited to the coating formulation and preparation process of the coating structural design, the coated electrode application, although certain research. By reading the relevant literature, the Ti-Al composite plating method, vacuum-draw method, pressing the preparation method of diffusion welding, etc., the success of preparing a Ti-Al layered composite electrode material, using a scanning electron microscope, can spectrometer, electrochemical workstation analysis testing methods, to characterize the interface and performance of layered composite electrode materials in Ti-A1. This also shows that the conductive properties of the metal matrix will directly affect the the electrochemical catalytic performance of the electrode material, and therefore, to change the composition of the material of the electrode substrate structure not only reduces the cost of the resistor, to improve the performance of the electrode, but also achieve the purpose of energy saving.
