Rare earth - iron group alloy film due to the rare earth special electronic shell structure can be derived from a wide variety of optical, electrical, magnetic , and other high - tech functional materials , which makes a wide range of applications in the national economy and high-tech fields . At present, the preparation of the rare earth - iron family alloy film mainly physical and chemical preparation methods , wherein the electrodeposition method is easy to operate due to its equipment is simple and low cost advantages concern suitable plants for large volume continuous production . This article was prepared by electrodeposition method of binary rare earth RE ( RE = Dy , Nd , Eu ) - iron group ( TM = Co ) alloy film and ternary rare earth RE ( RE = Dy , Nd ) - iron group ( TM = CoNi ) alloy film , the the alloy electrodeposition of electrochemical behavior and magnetic properties of the alloy film . The main tasks are as follows: 1. Describes the function and application of rare earth ( RE ) - iron group ( TM ) alloy film , alloy film preparation method . Electrochemical deposition method and its advantages, and select the urea - acetamide - NaBr - KBr for the research system . The experimental conditions and processes of preparation of an alloy film . 2 by cyclic voltammetry of rare earth ( RE ) - iron group ( TM ) , the electrochemical behavior of the ions in the electrolytic cell and measured obtaining the transfer and diffusion coefficients . Induction of experimental exploration of rare earth ( RE ) - iron group ( TM ) alloy film deposition mechanism , and the EN theory to explain the phenomenon . The tested alloy film surface morphology and crystal like , and alloy composition on the morphology of crystalline phase . Analysis of binary and ternary alloy film magnetic draw the preparation of state magnetic alloy film Homologous Homologous principle explore .
