EPM basic raw materials , LDPE, EVA, EPDM modified materials , rare earth aluminum -modified clay filler plasticizing , mixing two - roll mill , molded foam method of preparing the modified EPM foam . With the intelligent foaming Rotorless analyzed LDPE, EVA, EPDM , EPM optimum cure time ( T90 ) , torque values ??, the foaming gas pressure , using scanning electron microscopy LDPE , EVA , EPDM and other EPM foam the impact of the cell aperture , analysis and testing of the modified EPM foam physical and mechanical properties of LDPE, EVA, EPDM, EAA, AC, DCP content . The results showed that : 4% rare earth aluminum -modified clay , the water absorption time of 326.68s lipophilic degree was 17.8 % , and the emergence of new absorption peak near 2851cm - 1 and 2920 cm - 1 , with 20% change sex clay EPM material physical and mechanical properties ; LDPE content increased , EPM / LDPE curing and foaming process MH , ΔM have different degrees of reduction , 30 parts of LDPE EPM / LDPE foam cell structured , reduce shrinkage ; the EAA content increases , the molded foam process EPM / EVA / EAA blend MH ΔM reduced , T90 extend , when the the EAA addition amount of 20 parts , foamed material 58.3% increase in tear strength , tensile strength 12.0 % ; when the EPDM content of 20 parts of EPM / EPDM material T90 extended to 77s, the gel fraction , elongation at break , tensile strength, tear strength are best shrinkage and high density ; EPM / EPDM foamed material obtained at a temperature of 453K ( 180 ° C ) , smooth skin , good performance , the rate of crosslinking reaction and a blowing agent decomposition reaction rate than v : r = 0.58 ; optimum formulation was prepared EPM / EPDM foam materials , the tensile strength of 2.66MPa, elongation at break of 599.7% , right-angled tearing strength of 11.023 KN / m, 2.5% shrinkage , excellent physical and mechanical properties .
