At present the market of domestic upholstered furniture has begun to form the scale, and in northeast of China, north China,east China, south China, southwest, northwest of China and and the other places all distributed large and medium-sized upholstered furniture enterprises, XD Industrial Company as a set of production, processing, marketing as one of the large-scale upholstered furniture enterprise, the development more than 10 years, the market share of the products is increasing gradually, has established its own brand, and was awarded the honorary title of China recognized brands, currently XD Industrial Companies in the southwest region has a strong influence and competitiveness in the industry.Along with the social and economic environment changed, furniture enterprise’s market environment is also undergoing a dramatic change. furniture enterprise already from with the price and quality competition in the past gradually developed into by the competition of brand and service, modern management of strategic management gradually gained the attention to the furniture business. In tahis context, this paper presents the XD industrial company management strategy for the research topic, through to the problems of enterprise existing at present, and analyzed, from the overall planning and the strategic point of view to explore XD enterprises in today’s complex market environment how to make use internal and external resources, to obtain greater competitive advantage and market standing.Based on the theory of business strategy are introduced and analysis, from the aspect of the theory of enterprise management strategy for the specific interpretation. Including the business strategy theory and business strategy formulation and implementation of the method; The second part firstly briefly introduced the current domestic furniture industry status, and then from the microscopic angle began to XD Industrial Company business environment analysis, including the external environment, internal resources environment, and SWOT analysis, in order to provide fundamental basis for XD business strategy; The third part discusses the XD business strategy formulation process,that is-- XD enterprise how to carry out the strategic choice of operating, put forward on the basis of enterprise management strategy content, including product strategy, price strategy, marketing strategy and brand strategy; The fourth part elaborated the XD Industrial Company how to operate the strategy implementation and control, including the implementation of the strategy should pay attention to the problem, and XD enterprise management strategy control method. Through the XD enterprise management strategy research, then we finally concluded, at last, make a future prospects of XD Industrial Company.
