In this paper, in legal discourse information structure within the framework of analysis to study court interpreters in legal speech act realization . Courtroom discourse as institutional discourse a special function language domain showing a lot of improvisation , interactive and dynamic nature , in essence, is the the speech act clustering system . According to the mode of legal discourse structure tree , each legal discourse has a core proposition , the core proposition contains a series of lower-level information . The information dot embodied proposition for the relationship between the information units , and each unit of information i.e. the proposition by the information component . This paper attempts to find out information on changes in the composition and legal speech act to realize the relationship between the two . Through the analysis , the impact of information component change can be divided into two types of objective and subjective factors . Objective factors mainly refers to the differences between the two languages ??, the legal Chinese and Legal English between subjective factors mainly refers to the choice of translating strategies and original understanding . In addition , the impact of these changes on the Construction of the discourse has . Voice change may lead to changes in the distribution of information , sentence restructuring may result in the loss or increase of the information points or information components . These changes directly affect whether the meaning of the original and the translation peer . Material analysis in this article is drawn from the legal corpus court trial corpus , the part made ??a complete statistical analysis . The analysis revealed that the court interpreting the information change is inevitable and with regularity , this study can provide useful help for future development and improvement of court interpreters .
