Bottom sediment and mud pile skin is affected Slurry Wall bored pile of two inherent defects . To effectively solve this problem, the Chinese Academy of Building Research , after the successful development of the pile grouting technique and has been widely used. By filling cementation , splitting , compaction and curing effect after grouting technology can significantly improve the general pile of compressive and uplift capacities to effectively reduce the amount of displacement of the pile top . This paper summarized the results of previous studies based on the finite element method applied after grouting pile vertical bearing capacity of analysis and study, the main work is as follows : ( 1 ) a more systematic overview of pile grouting technology historical development , construction technology, strengthening mechanism , grouting soil mass change in performance , after grouting pile experimental research, analytical and numerical analysis studies. ( 2 ) Details of the Beijing Capital Airport Terminal Three Expansion Project and the Shanghai World Expo site underground substation grouting pile pile testing results. According to the measured results on a test piles , grouting technology can significantly improve the pile bearing behavior . ( 3 ) Application Plaxis software to build a two-dimensional axisymmetric case after grouting and grouting pile is not finite element analysis model , and select a three representative and not after grouting pile grouting FEM test piles simulation and experimental results were analyzed. Consider the initial pile load test pile and pile soil around the pile is small relative strain , used in the finite element simulation can be considered small strain stiffness HS-small model . ( 4 ) Finite element analysis of the impact parameter grouting pile bearing capacity grouting , grouting plus solid strength and other factors. ( 5 ) attempts to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of grouting pile , and with the two-dimensional axisymmetric simulation and test pile results were analyzed .
