Since entering the 21st century , China's social, economic and achieved high growth , the level of corporate governance is gradually with the international standards , with a substantial improvement . Wheelock is a company located in Dezhou City , Shandong Province , the production of melamine chemical SMEs , melamine is a widely used in wood processing , plastics , paints , cement and water reducer , paper , adhesives , textile , leather , electrical , pharmaceutical industry , flame retardants and other chemical products , product demand remains relatively stable growth . Company as small and medium enterprises , has also experienced many of the universality of the difficulties faced by the SMEs in the technology , capital in the development process . The company also uses some strategic thinking , and gradually overcome the problem of the development process , and basically keep up with domestic economic development opportunity . This article mainly Wheelock company's history, current status , and planning for the study , the main theory of corporate strategic management analysis , combined with the competitive conditions of the industry at home and abroad , through the company , the external environment analysis , value chain and competitive strategic theory is a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems of Wheelock and Company , developed through the SWOT analysis of the company's development strategy , and the proposed measures in the strategic implementation process .
