With the worsening air pollution caused by vehicle emissions worldwide , protecting the environment , governance vehicle emission pollution has attached great importance to people 's increasingly stringent domestic and international motorcycle emissions regulations . FAI electronic fuel injection system in terms of structure , cost , and performance than traditional electronic fuel injection system suitable for small gasoline engine , can effectively reduce motorcycle emissions . In this paper, the FAI EFI system used in the twin engine motorcycle , to achieve low emissions , and at the same time to meet the other standards of the export certification . The system uses air intakes multi-point injection , oxygen sensor feedback for closed-loop control to control the amount of fuel injection . By EFI transformation , compared with the original carburetor motorcycle , vehicle power is essentially the same economy and emissions performance has greatly improved . By FAI EFI system applied twin engine motorcycle emissions , noise and electromagnetic compatibility test , indicating that the development of the twin-cylinder EFI motorcycle products fully meet the requirements of the E / e-mark certification . This paper also studied the twin engine motorcycle application FAI EFI system starting in the low temperature and high temperature environment , the test results show that the motorcycle has a very good starting performance .
