Henan workers engaged in a large number of soil soil survey and mapping work, after the second soil survey, get a lot of valuable information, has accumulated a large number of research results. However, information on the results of soil research is relatively weak level of information, a large number of previous studies sleeping in the library, and some even have been lost for a long time not used effectively, the government department or agricultural extension department of the soil resources information to understand not comprehensive enough. To this end, we consider the reference to absorb and digest the results of previous studies and knowledge with the masses of soil, with the soil, soil improvement, soil fertility experience of integration, in close connection with the production practices and soil occurred in Henan, development, distribution, classification, physical and chemical properties, production performance and other own characteristics, to proceed with the construction of soil database. In this paper, computer and geographic information system technology (MAPGIS), discussed the establishment of intermediate scale spatial soil database approach, combined with the national secondary soil survey, based on the results of previous build Henan mesoscale soil database, while the made a preliminary study of its application. Soil is heterogeneous and changing space-time continuum, with a high degree of spatial variability. Actual field conditions shows that even in the same area of ??soil texture, soil characteristics at the same time other different spatial locations also have obvious differences. This property is called spatial soil properties heterosexual. Whether on a large scale or on a small scale observations of soil spatial anisotropy are present. Soil spatial anisotropy research began in the 1970s, the theory is based geostatistics theory of regionalized random variables. Many workers have done a lot of presentations and soil research work, but tend to be concentrated in a single study or microscopic spatial distribution of soil properties influencing factors discussed in the macroscopic evaluation study based on spatial differentiation produce this reason also not deep enough. Based on the evolution of soil quality and sustainable use \potassium soil surface properties thematic differentiation map and analyze their distribution; using SPSS for different soil types and soil parent material between the soil surface properties multiple analysis of variance showed that different soil types and soil parent materials on soil properties has an impact, especially for organic matter and pH impact is particularly significant. Countries in the world on soil organic carbon reserves and sources and sinks are highly concerned about the problem, and actively carry out research. Our vast, many types of soil in global change research occupies a very important position. At present, the soil carbon cycle study focuses on specific areas, ecosystems and biomes as well as small regional agricultural soil respiration experiments were conducted C02 doubling, these are just a terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycle some segments. In recent years, China has carried out on Chinese scholars terrestrial soil organic carbon pool estimation and spatial distribution of the research work. In this paper, Henan Province, Henan Province, soil database to estimate soil organic carbon storage and analysis of its spatial distribution. The results showed that: Henan terrestrial soil organic carbon content of about 10.27 × 108 t, accounting for 1.15% of the national reserves; average soil carbon density of 7.46kg · m-2, below the national average 9.60kg · m-2; organic carbon Reserves the previous four soil types of soil, cinnamon and cinnamon regosols soil carbon stocks are larger than 1.0 × 108 t, the four of the province's total reserves of 69.65%; bog soil organic carbon maximum density for 24.54kg · m-2, followed by mountain meadow soil and brown soil, respectively, 17.69 and 14.64 kg · m-2, the three mainly in the western mountains, its carbon reserves and only province 6.34%; rocky soil and aeolian sandy soil carbon density was the lowest, respectively, 1.32 and 1.38 kg · m-2; province's soil organic carbon density mainly in the 5 ~ 10 kg · m-2 range change. China has a complex natural conditions, rich land resources and long history of cultivation, so a lot of the country in the name of planted species complex, unique, excellent economic plants, including fruits, vegetables, flowers and some industrial raw materials plants, these plants distribution with distinctive local characteristics, they can only be grown in a certain natural conditions in the area, or only in the unique natural conditions in a few regions will form a good economic characteristics, the suitability of this particular called the soil should, in particular, is an area of ??land conditions on certain crops not only has a high degree of physiological and ecological suitability of the crops and economic characteristics of the products have a unique fit, and thus the formation of this special economic zone varieties. Specific forest, fruit or crop varieties land suitability evaluation is a hot field. The rise of GIS Land Suitability Evaluation bring technological innovations that will spatial data and attribute data together perfectly, and has a powerful spatial analysis capabilities, which makes this kind of land space of complex systems analysis, evaluation more scientific. Therefore, GIS technology in land suitability evaluation of rapid development, and has shown a strong momentum of development. Finally, an example of garlic in Zhongmu County, Henan Province, the soil using the established database to soil genus as the evaluation unit, using the comprehensive index method Zhongmu garlic for a simple land suitability evaluation, evaluation results and the actual production of garlic Zhongmu County more consistent description of the regional land suitability evaluation of soil based on GIS database has a good prospect.
